Our much-valued Club Member Ming Chiang recently traveled to Taiwan to meet with its President and receive a much-coveted award. Ming was named the "Model of Entrepreneur". When Ming travels to Taiwan on business he often attends the Rotary Club of Taiwan meetings. This time he was required to spend 3 weeks in quarantine when he arrived.
